Description
When you think about it, “I am” is a command and acknowledgement of self.
When I originally built it, the idea was to use it in conjunction with other reagents, such as Love, or Light or Compassion. It worked ok for that, but not especially spectacular.
Where is shines is as a stand-alone reagent.
It is a self-empowering pattern, where we accept our power and existence. And by acknowledging our importance, we heal.
I am not a psychologist. I try to stay as far away as I can from people’s feelings. But in this case, many people have some kind of blockage simply accepting that they are. I don’t understand why. Nor do I understand all the ramifications of that errant thought-form. But I do know that when that issue is addressed a lot of positive changes start happening.
